No Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through our website unless otherwise required by applicable law or as described below.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item;
  • A product that arrives damaged; or
  • A product with a manufacturing defect,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us evaluate your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If we determine that the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Issue a refund; or
  • Provide another appropriate resolution.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all original packaging and notify both the shipping carrier and Precision Werx Graffix as soon as possible.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is generally the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is lost or delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues unless required by law or covered by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Precision Werx Graffix is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted payment dispute or chargeback may result in the suspension of future purchases and the submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
